Hercules Services respects your bottom line and will develop a professional, customized cleaning program based on the office cleaning services you need within your available budget.

Bronze Package
- Emptying of trash in bathrroom and kitchen areas only
- Cleaning and disinfecting of restroom facilities
- Restocking paper products and hand soap
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen areas only
- Wiping down exterior surfaces of refrigerator, microwaves & vending machines
Gold Package
- Emptying all trash cans and replace liners throughout facility
- Dusting and wiping down of all hard surfaces including desks and common areas
- Disinfecting highly touched areas, including door handles and light switches
- Cleaning of all entrance glass doors
- Lightly dusting computer equipment
- Vacuuming carpeting throughout facility
- Dust mopping and damp mopping of hard floors throughout facility
- Cleaning and disinfecting of restroom facilities

- Spot cleaning walls
Platinum Package

Are you locally owned and operated?
Yes. We’re proud of the fact that we’re from and know Northeast Ohio. We’re not some national franchise that subcontracts there work. All employees are employees of Hercules Services.
How is my monthly price calculated?
We understand your facilility, expectations, and budget are all unique. A Hercules Services represientative will walk-through your facility and discuss the diffrent options available to you.
Do you offer residential cleaning?
Sorry we only specialize in daily commercial office cleaning.
Do you offer one time cleanings?
Sorry we only perform reocurring 3,5,and 7 day a week services.
Do you perform background checks on your employees?
Yes, all of our employees must have a criminal background check before being hired.
Are you fully insured?
Yes. We have commercial liability insurance of $1,000,000. Just as another layer of protection we have a commercial janitorial bond for $10,000 per employee. We also comply with all BWC requirements for our employees.
Am I locked into a long term contract?
Not at all. If for any reason your not satisfied with our services you can cancel at anytime and we’ll stop billing you. It’s that simple.
Do you use your own equipment and cleaning supplies?
Of course. We use only commercial cleaning products and equipment. Including non harmful cleaning agents, HEPA filtered vacuums, and microfiber cloths.
